Running of the lights

The Friday before Thanksgiving, Maureen and Bob invited us to this holiday light show right by their house.  I thought, what better way to kick off the holiday, then to see a ton of Christmas lights.  The girls loved seeing them last year, and walking through an amazing display I knew they'd have a great time.  Add Mimi, Poppy, Ava, SoSo and Uncle Jimmy, SCORE!  It also was a huge fundraiser (that they raised over $16,000 at, WOW!) for a family of the golf club who were victims of a random highway shooting at the beginning of October.  The bullet hit the husband and paralyzed him from the chest down, then it landed in the wives neck.  She was actually at the event, which was so amazing.
So we started the 2 mile walk through some beautiful lights....
 We went through lit tunnels...
 that changed colors.
The girls stopped to pose!
Uncle Jimmy took turns giving the girls a lift.
After the walk and watching the tree get lit, we hit up the playground.
Then we got to make some marshmallows, MMMMM!!!!!!
 AMAZING!
Mya loves to roast marshmallows, ever since the Dupree house.
 Even Ash ate some.
Then the girls took turns at this silly face thang.
 Ry jumped in too.
These 2 are like peas in a pod.
Trying to get a pic of the 4 of them by the tree.  With the amount I snapped, these are the best I got.
If only this was clear.  Better luck next time.
We had so much fun getting into the holiday spirit.  Thanks for the invite and so excited about making this an annual tradition!  Love you all.  xoxo
