Turtleback Zoo

Last Friday my office was closed for Memorial day weekend, WHOOHOO!!!  I made plans with a few friends to go to the turtleback zoo.  It was supposed to rain but when we woke up, there was still nothing going on.  We decided to just head up and give it a go!  So happy we did cause the kids had so much fun.  I love that zoo, it's the perfect size for their age. 

We got there and Leonhardt girls were waiting in the entrance for us!  Ash was making Brookie laugh.

Time for the penguins.

This was the first time we saw the seals there. They were so cute swimming by.

The girls were holding hands walking with John, it was adorable.

This was also the first time we saw the petting sting ray tank.

Ash wanted to join in, it was adorable.  It's moments like this that I'm so happy I captured.

Time for the best part, the bird sanctuary.  Gia was catching one with her mama.

It started to drizzle.  The Scicutella's decided to go.  Char and I thought we'd look a little more.  We went up to the farm.  Just when we got into the farm, they started bringing all the food in, the rain was coming a little harder.  Ash was checking out the fat pig.

Just then the rain opened up.  We ran to the car.  We had so much fun though, rain and all.  Love you guys.
