Mya and Mommy nights

Every Thursday night, Ryan hits up good ole Stuff Yer Face in New Brunswick for man night. It's great for him to get out with the guys every week and it's great for Mya and mama time! We ALWAYS have fun no matter what we do and now that it's getting nice out, it's getting even better. Last night we went outside and hung with Aris, than we came into eat. After dinner Mya was all over the place. Here's a few little snapshots of what we did.
We started by staring outside, we got a new full window storm door that Mya and Lola both LOVE!

WHOOOHOOOOO, she loves walking around with the leashes and her invisible dogs, maybe I should attach Rainbow and Pooks to them (her 2 stuffed animals, Mya adopted Rainbow from Mags, or should I say, stole her????)

Getting pissed when Lola won't let her brush her, I wouldn't either, she's not very gentle.

It's Mardi Gras on Almond! Although we don't show the goods to get the beads, Mya would have been in BIG TROUBLE with daddy considering all the beads she got!

Happy 21st Joey!!!!

Saturday night we went our for my cousin, Joey's, 21st birthday!! The last time we went out to celebrate a 21st, was 2 years ago for my little bro's. I knew it was going to be fun! We started at Raffertys and ended at the moon, sounds like something we're used to (well used to be at least). Ever since I got pregnant the night of staying out till 2am dwindled away. Not that there's anything wrong with that, I think we were partying too hard and my body needed a break from all that booze. Let me just tell you though, it was SO MUCH FUN hitting up our old stomping grounds! We stayed out till 2, and partied like we were all 21 again (especially Uncle Joe, lol)!!!! However, we recently were introduced to this little piece of heaven called the B1 patch. Someone at my work told me about it and I never really believed it was true. She said, all you do is wear this patch while you drink, have a glass of water before bed, and you wake up feeling fine, no hangover, no nothing! So, Ry and I applied our B1 patches at home, we had 4, we got to raffs and I immediately stuck one on Joey, saying YOU MUST WEAR THIS! The last one went to Aunt Mary. We start the night off and Ryan says he's feeling weird so rips the patch off and continues drinking. What a fool, he woke up feeling just about as bad as Uncle Joe (although not quite at that level)!!! Let me just say that, when I woke up feeling as fine as I did and when Aunt Mary called and told me her and Joey were fine, I knew I needed more of these bad boys!!! This is when Michael Jackson came on!!! Uncle Joe knew the DJ so I knew that if I requested a song, it'd be played. When I told them that the birthday boy would bust out his moves for Michael Jackson, he played him 5 minutes later!

On Sunday we went to Joey's for cake since it was his actual birthday. Uncle Joe still felt like crap!

But Dewey pop wanted to play with the eggs.

Ag day at RU

Saturday morning we hit up the annual Ag Field day at Rutgers, my Alma mater. Ry and I tend to hit it up primarily for the food, who doesn't love to get a mixture of gyros, kebabs, zeppoles and crepes all in one afternoon. My parents always go too, they go in the morning for the plants, and in the afternoon for the food. We all decided to go together and since Pete was home, he came too! It was BEAUTIFUL out which also meant it would be PACKED and packed it was! We bought the stroller cause it would be easier to get her around, but this child likes to walk, so the stroller soon became the place where we all threw our drinks, bags, and everything else you can think of.

This girl literally drank this whole sippy cup of water and was spitting it all over her shirt (Mary, you know what I'm talking about). She takes a sip and opens her mouth so it all gets all over her chin and shirt. Her shirt was SOAKED!! Thank god it was nice out.

She thought that chihuahua was lola I swear. She was staring at it like crazy!!!

Once she saw those kids in the radio flyer, she had to get down and walk over! Our little social butterfly.

OMG this was so funny. She kept taking my dads cigarettes out of his pocket, dropping them and laughing.

Than she put them back in and laughed again.

We got lemonade, Mya wanted some (surprise surprise), we let her think she was having some.

She would try and sip and go MMMMMM.

Than she just wanted to play with the straws.

Time to go home!

The fun didn't stop there. After she woke up from her nap, we headed outside for some fun in the sun!
