Last year was the first year we went to Terhune Orchards in Princeton. Once we left last year, we swore we'd make it an annual trip. It's just such a beautiful farm and has so much to do for the kids. Now they have wine tasting too (SCORE!)! So we headed out on Saturday late morning to get some fall festivities in.
I LOVE that she smiles all the time, but DAMN what I would give for a real smile.
Mya wasn't feelin these, clearly.
...Uncle Frank was though! HAHA
How could we not?!
Uncle Pankie and the ging
Waiting for the horse ride.
Love this little bean to pieces.
LOL!!!!
SO, Ashley LOVES feeding the horses at Johnson park. We got her a ticket to ride a horse cause we really thought she'd love it. Apparently not! Ry took her on, she grasped onto him for her life. Not even halfway through the short $5 ride, he took her off and just walked back. Guess she'd rather just watch from the side.
GET ME OFF!
Mya wanted to ride Sweetie! So she let Ash go first. Ash rode Tony the Pony (HAHA!). It was a smaller pony and since Mya's a 'big girl' she wanted the big horsey. My little miss independent also told me she was going all by herself. Luckily they said as long as she's 3, she can go alone. She was more than happy.
Seriously wish I had this videotaped. At one point when she got to the turn, she yelled out, YEEEEEE HAWWWWWW, ride em cowboy!!! Had us peeing our pants!!! She's a friggin trip.
Ash watched Mya pull back around.
She made it! My big girl.
What's a day at the farm without milking the cows? Ash kept her distance as Mya got her hands wet.
They had a little hay maze for the kids. Mya just wanted to balance ON the hay.
Nona took Ash through.
Jumping to the other side! Nuto!
I really wanted to get a pic of both the girls by this, but Ash ran off. So I got my beans.
Gettin er done.
Ash wanted to go on too.
My little pumpkin.
HAHAHA that face!
Such a beautiful day we had.
I can't even take how sweet this is. Ash kissing her daddy, LOVE!
Dewey and his little duet.
Heading out on the hayride (with no hay).
Nona and the little bean.
Moving over to daddy to watch from the side.
LOVE
Love those happy faces.
She's a mess of gorgeous chaos!
Not where, but who you're with that really matters!
picking pumpkins!
That one!
YEA!!!!
WHOOHOOO!!!
Love these faces.
She couldn't be any happier!
Takin a rest, turns out, it's exhausting picking pumpkins.
Mya and Daddy in the distance finding the big one!
Mommy, look at me!
Me and my favorite little mamas.
She's got some gigantic muscles.
Time to pay.
LOVE this!
The crew.
Couldn't believe, this was Ryan's idea!!! They were in love, this thing was AMAZING!
Ash didn't want to share.
mmmmmm
They had wine tastings there too. We need to go back, just Ry and I!
We headed over to pick some apples too. Who doesn't like fresh, yummy apples, straight off the tree?! Ry helped Ash make some applesauce!
She just wanted to pick them all up off the ground.
She LUBBBSSS apples.
sweet face
Bea crew..
Cause I had to add this one, for Ashley's face alone!
Nona, Dew and their 2 older granddaughters. Next year Ava will be in NJ to come too!
Mya wanted to take a pic, did pretty good if you ask me!
mmmmm
She loves life and it loves her right back...
such a little pip squeak!
I don't know how this happened after that candy apple, but I'll take it!
Such a fun day. I freakin LOVE all the fun fall festivities. xoxo
