Colorado fam visit

Last week some of our Colorado family was in town. Aunt Janet and my cousin Jessie and her husband, Kasey. It was so good seeing them. Last time they were here was 2.5 years ago for Tim and Liz's wedding. It was the first time they met Mya and Ashley too. We all got together a few times while they were in town. It was so nice seeing them, I wish they lived closer.

He's strange

We headed back over to say bye to them on Friday night. My other cousin, Linda, came with her 4 kids. Here are the 3 little ones, Zac, Tiana and Naomi, playing with Mya in the driveway with chalk. They were having so much fun, it was so cute seeing them all play together.

This was HYSTERICAL! Tim and Liz have this awesome Italian Ice that they got from the other family who were baptizing their child the same day Thomas was baptized. They've had it since the beginning of June. At every family function this ice is brought and enjoyed by all, especially Mya! Naomi (4 years old) and Mya ventured up onto the deck and were chatting it up, grabbed the ice cups, and Mya went into the ice and grabbed the scooper, I wish I had a video of it. They were cracking up and talking the whole time and it was HYSTERICAL!

One last trace before we go!

Saturday morning my dad made pork roll sandwiches for them since Kasey never had pork roll. Apparently NJ is the only state that has pork roll. Mya has been on this, I want to wear Ashley's clothes, kick lately. It's actually funny as hell cause the shirts are freakin belly shirts on her and she rocks it like it's hers. Here she had on her dress bloomers and Ashley's shirt. And the damn shoes that she's been OBSESSED with lately. They are SO not summer shoes, they're red suede flats, that are super cute, but so not for this time of the year. However, I pick my battles, and this isn't one of them. She doesn't usually stand like this, must have been fixing her shoe or something

We had so much fun with you guys. Miss you already and can't wait to see you again. xoxo
