HELLO SPRING!!!!

Saturday was the first day of Spring and boy did it start off on the right foot. It was in the high 70's!! We decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and took a ride down to Pt Pleasant. It was alot cooler down the shore, and PACKED!!!! Mya was getting a kick out of all the people walking by, the loud games, the arcades, just everything going on. We started by walking the boardwalk.

After we walked all the way up and down the boardwalk, we tried to win her something. Ry played one of those claw games. He put his dollar in and the claw was ready to grab a stuffed animal. He said, I HAVE to win Mya something. He tried his 3 chances with the dollar and lost everytime. Although the damn claw was faking us out everytime. He had it in there and it dropped right before it got to the dispenser. UGHHH....He tried $5 more and lost it all. I even tried a dollar and it pissed me off. We decided it was rigged and left!
So we hit up the beach.

Not exactly sure what that weird nail lookin thing on our lens is but it came up in EVERY pic once we got on the beach, UGHHHH, so annoying....We cropped it out of some of the pics, forgot this one. It's not on the lens anymore, thank god!

She loved playing with the sand.

I decided to take her socks off so she can dig her toes in the sand too!

This girl is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She loved feeling the sand and playing with it.

Ryan was trying to be funny.....I swear she was laughing!

Don't mine my ridiculous face. Another one of those, How big is Mya, SOOOOO BIG!!!!! I'm saying SOOOOOOOOOO if you can't tell!! She thinks she's pretty big huh?

It was so fun watching her explore the sand, touch it, feel it, eat it, WAIT WAIT WAIT, EAT IT?? Yes friends, we're sitting there and all of the sudden after about 20 minutes on the beach, Mya decides to stick not one but 2 handfuls of sand into her mouth. It's funny cause when we first got there, Ryan goes, lets see how long it takes her to eat the sand. When we were there for a while we said, wow, she hasn't eatin it, that's awesome. Than of course she doesn't seem to amaze us and sticks 2 whopping handfuls into her mouth. As I'm standing there snapping pics (nice mom, huh?) Ryan was fishing it out of her mouth. Didn't seem to phase her though.

We had a great day!!! I can't wait for it to get even nicer so we can get her into one of her adorable swimsuits on the beach!!!! GOD I love this time of the year!!!
